Newbase takes your privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting your privacy and refrain from sharing/trading your information with any individuals, organizations or government unless legally required to do so.
What data do we collect?
We collect personal data from prospects, customers and visitors to our website or when you visit us for an event, for example. We do this basically because we want to provide you and others with the best possible service.
Website data privacy
On our website you can submit personal data by completing a form or sending an email. In addition to the data submitted by you, we may collect additional information about you from a third party source, but only to fulfil your request with relevant information.

According to GDPR regulations you are the owner of the data in your Newbase application. Newbase is considered a processor. We only register and process your data on your behalf.
Our support desk and developers may access this information in a limited and reasonable manner in order to solve any issue with our services, or at your explicit request for support reasons, or as required by law.
All data that is registered in Newbase by you is subject to a duty of confidentiality under our data processing agreement.
Newbase and Google
Newbase’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Newbase BV zal geen nieuwe sub verwerkers gegevens laten verwerken zonder de klant daarover tijdig te informeren. De klant kan bezwaar maken bij Newbase BV tegen de sub verwerker. Newbase BV zal deze bezwaren op directieniveau afhandelen. Mocht Newbase BV toch gegevens willen laten verwerken door de nieuwe subverwerker, heeft de klant de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst te beëindigen.
